Careful inspection shall be made once a week for the tail lift, so that it may be in an optimum working condition. Items of inspection:

1.Inspect the connecting bolt module between the mounting plate and the automobile frame to make sure it doesn't become loosened;

2.Make a visual inspection on the junction between the supporting seat and the supporting arm, or the supporting arm and the platform plate, to make sure of no crack, in       particular to the welding parts; emphatically check the supporting arm and its end, as the position carries the maximum load;

3.Inspect all coupling screws of all mechanical parts to make sure of no loosened condition; 

4.Inspect all oil tubes and their joints to make sure of no oil leakage and seepage; 

5.Inspect all cables, wire terminals, and connectors of electronic control system to make sure of normal connection; inspect cables to make sure of no damage; and inspect circuit junction and earth connection points to make sure of no oxidation. If any problem is found out, please settle it promptly;

6.Inspect the vehicle-mounted storage battery energy: it is strictly prohibited to make operation via the tail lift when the vehicle-mounted storage battery voltage is lower than 75% of rated voltage; instead, please immediately charge the vehicle-mounted storage battery via the external charging method;

7.Inspect the safety chain of platform plate to make sure it is in a good condition and that their connection is reliable; 

8.Hydraulic oil should be replaced at least once every half a year. When new oil is injected, a strainer with above 200 meshes is required for use;

9.When an environment temperature is lower than -10℃, low-temperature hydraulic oil should be used (such as L-HV32 low-freezing hydraulic oil) (please refer to the hydraulic medium in Brief Technical Indexes)

10.In such a case as acid or alkali or other corrosive chemicals are loaded or unloaded, the tail lift should be used with caution, to prevent the tail lift from being corroded; 

11.Promptly wash the tail lift, or purge it with compressed air, to clear away any foreign materials such as mud or sand on the tail lift (in particular to the moving parts of the tail lift), otherwise, a adverse effect will be caused to the tail lift;

12.There are 12 lubricating points in total for the complete tail lift, with lubrication oil cups respectively mounted on the steel jackets at both ends of lift arm and the ends of axis parts. Lubricating grease should be injected at least once a month to guarantee a good lubricating condition. Inspect every connection arm in each use to make sure of they are all in normal order. Make more maintenance, you will save more money, and secure more safety!
